I am considered out-of-network with several insurance companies. I try to maintain reasonable rates, and I offer a superbill that you can provide to your insurance company requesting reimbursement. I use an online HIPPA compliant platform to collect all fees at the time of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit or debit cards. It is my belief that therapy should be accessible and affordable. Please inquire to learn if you qualify for a reduced rate.

*A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes (80 minutes for extended). Ending the session 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare for your next appointment. Case conceptualization/treatment planning is essential to provide you the most effective therapy possible.

INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS

Presently, I am considered out-of-network for several insurance companies. Please reach out to your insurance provider to learn about your coverage. The majority of insurances are considered out-of-network. At the time of service, you will be charged the full rate (e.g., self-pay). I provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits, a superbill can help you in the pursuit of direct reimbursement from your insurance provider. I strongly recommend out-of-network individuals contact their insurance to inquire about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits and learn if these are included in your plan.

Questions to ask your insurance

Insurance & Superbills
  • Share that you are seeing an out of network Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, or the state of New Mexico.

  • Ask about your out of network benefits.

  • Ask if you have a deductible. Ask what is left to meet your deductible?

  • Ask about the amount per session, or percent of the billed amount, that your insurance provider will pay?
